Versatile Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  Strong cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound (250 Gram)
  Sour cream 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Soft butter 1⁄4 Pound (125 Gram)
  Finely chopped chives 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Finely chopped parsley 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Tabasco sauce 3 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Worcestershire sauce 3 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Assorted crackers 2 Dozen (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Blend cheese in food processor until quite smooth.
Add sour cream and butter; mix again until incorporated.
Add chives, parsley, salt, pepper, Tabasco and Worcestershire; blend again.
