Horseradish Dip

Ingredients
  Canned pink salmon 15 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can, Bumble Bee Brand)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Horseradish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Crisp romaine lettuce 4
  Paprika To Taste
  Crackers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery stick 2
Directions

Drain salmon.
Remove skin, if desired.
Mash bones.
Beat cream cheese, sour cream, horseradish, salt and garlic powder until smooth.
Beat in salmon and bones until blended.
Arrange romaine lettuce in a bowl.
Spoon in salmon mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
