Yankee Bean Dip

Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned refried beans 24 Ounce (2 Cans, 12 Ounce Each)
  Canned chopped green chilies 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Mild picante sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated cheddar cheese 2 Pound
Directions

Brown ground beef and chopped onion.
Drain off fat.
Add spices, beans, chilies and picante sauce.
Heat thoroughly (either in a pot on a burner or in a crock-pot).
Add in 1 pound Cheddar cheese and stir into mixture.
Top with remaining cheese.
