Yankee Bean Dip
|Ground beef||2 Pound|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canned refried beans||24 Ounce (2 Cans, 12 Ounce Each)|
|Canned chopped green chilies||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Mild picante sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||2 Pound|
Brown ground beef and chopped onion.
Drain off fat.
Add spices, beans, chilies and picante sauce.
Heat thoroughly (either in a pot on a burner or in a crock-pot).
Add in 1 pound Cheddar cheese and stir into mixture.
Top with remaining cheese.
