Vegetables With Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  Blue cheese 6 Ounce, in chunks (170 Gram)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Sour cream 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Caviar 50 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Broccoli head 1 , flowerets blanched
  Carrots 2 , pared, cut in sticks, and blanched if desired
  Onion sticks 6 (Green Colored)
  Zucchini 1 , peeled and in sticks
  Apple 1 , cored and in wedges
  Celery stalk 1 , in sticks
  Green pepper 1 , sliced
  Boston lettuce leaves 4 (Few Leaves Required)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place cheese and Worcestershire sauce in food processor; blend until pureed.
Add sour cream and paprika; continue blending until very smooth.
Use spatula several times to clean sides of bowl.
Add caviar and blend another 30 seconds.
Season with some salt and plenty of pepper.
Arrange lettuce leaves in middle of large serving platter.
Spoon cheese dip over leaves and surround with vegetable and apple sticks.
