Vegetables With Cheese Dip
|Blue cheese||6 Ounce, in chunks (170 Gram)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Sour cream||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Paprika||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|
|Caviar||50 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Broccoli head||1 , flowerets blanched|
|Carrots||2 , pared, cut in sticks, and blanched if desired|
|Onion sticks||6 (Green Colored)|
|Zucchini||1 , peeled and in sticks|
|Apple||1 , cored and in wedges|
|Celery stalk||1 , in sticks|
|Green pepper||1 , sliced|
|Boston lettuce leaves||4 (Few Leaves Required)|
Place cheese and Worcestershire sauce in food processor; blend until pureed.
Add sour cream and paprika; continue blending until very smooth.
Use spatula several times to clean sides of bowl.
Add caviar and blend another 30 seconds.
Season with some salt and plenty of pepper.
Arrange lettuce leaves in middle of large serving platter.
Spoon cheese dip over leaves and surround with vegetable and apple sticks.
