Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Roasted red pepper dip is such a favorite with kids and adults. This dip is so healthy. Loaded with multi-vitamins. You can flavor it with garlic and onions and vinegar if you wish. This dip can be served with vegetables, tortilla chips, white beans or any dish you like.
Ingredients
  Red pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs), roasted, cleaned,drained and chopped
  Garlic clove 1 Medium, pressed
  Basil leaves 4 Large, chopped
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
  Light mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Finely chop roasted red peppers.
2. In a bowl, mix together peppers, mayonnaise and garlic.
3.Add Worcestershire sauce, fresh basil and sour cream.
4. Mix everything and let it sit for a while.

SERVING
5.Serve roasted red pepper dip with fresh vegetables like carrot, celery if desired.
