Pumpkin Dip With Cinnamon Chips

Pumpkin dip with cinnamon chips is a great appetizer. While pumpkin is very healthy, the pumpkin dip is very addictive. It can be served with chips. The recipe is very easy to make and is an absolutely great snack. If you have some leftover piece of pumpkin, then this surely is the dish for you to make.
Ingredients
For pumpkin dip
  Pumpkin 1 Cup (16 tbs), pulp
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinammon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cool whip 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For cinnamon chips
  Tortilla 4
  Cinammon sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

MAKING
1.Spread the tortillas with butter.
2.Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top and cut into triangles.
3.Arrange them on a baking sheet and bake them at 200 F for 10 minutes.
4.To make the pumpkin dip, mix pumpkin pulp, brown sugar, cinnamon and sour cream.

SERVING
5.Pour the pumpkin dip in a container made from a tiny pumpkin.
6.Serve the dip with cinnamon chips arranged on a platter with dip bowl placed in the center.
