Broccoli Cheese Dip
|Frozen chopped broccoli||20 Ounce (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)|
|Garlic cheese||6 Ounce, rolled (1 Package, Kraft)|
|Mozzarella cheese||8 Ounce|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Sliced mushrooms||2 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Small Jar)|
|Sliced almonds||2 1⁄4 Ounce, or slivered (1 Small Package)|
Cook broccoli according to directions.
Melt cheeses in microwave or in top of double boiler.
Add cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms and almonds and heat thoroughly.
Add cooked/drained broccoli to cheese mixture.
Stir thoroughly and serve as hot dip for chips or vegetables.
