Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 2
  Tomato 1 Medium
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Taco sauce 1 Dash
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Peel, seed and mash avocados.
Peel, seed and finely chop tomato.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
