Seven Layer Dean Dip

Ingredients
  Canned black beans 15 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Chopped fresh cilantro 3 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Avocado 1 Small
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped jalapeno peppers 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato 1 Medium, seeded and finely chopped
  Shredded monterey jack cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Nonfat Or Reduced-Fat)
  Thinly sliced scallions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped black olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Place the beans, cilantro, and chili powder in a food processor, and process until smooth. Spread the mixture in a 9-inch deep dish pie pan or a shallow serving dish.
2. Peel and finely chop the avocado. Toss with the lemon juice, and set aside.
3. Spread the jalapeno peppers over the bean mixture. Spread the avocados over the jalapenos. Create layers of the remaining ingredients in the order listed.
