Creamy Red Onion Dip

Ingredients
  Low fat cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped red onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Skim milk 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1 Dash (For Garnishing)
  Dill sprig 1 Dash (For Garnishing)
Directions

Place the cottage cheese, onions, milk, and cumin in a food processor or blender.
Process on low to medium speed until very smooth.
Place in a small bowl, garnish with dill, and chill before serving, if desired.
