Sweet n' Sour Dip For Shellfish

Ingredients
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Wine vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄4 Teaspoon, grated
  Green pepper 2 Tablespoon, finley minced
  Pimiento 2 Tablespoon, finley minced
Directions

Combine dry ingredients.
Add vinegar and blend thoroughly.
Boil mixture for 1 min.
Cool thoroughly and add oil slowly, beating mixture until thickened.
Add onion, green pepper and pimiento.
Garnish top with slices of pimiento and small slice of green pepper.
Excellent for shrimp, crab, lobster, etc
