  Shredded cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped scallions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned sliced ripe olives 2 1⁄4 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Madras curry powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Assorted vegetables/Crackers 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Serving)

1. In a 1-quart mini electric slow cooker, mix together the cheeses, milk, scallions, olives, and curry powder.
2. Cover, plug in the cooker, and cook 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until hot. Stir to mix well.
