Hot Cheddar Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  Sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Bacon slice 2 , crumbled (cooked)
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
Directions

Shred or chop cheese and turn into a small baking dish.
Stir in bacon and onion.
Bake in a hot oven (400°) for 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles all over.
Place baking dish in center of chop plate and surround with crisp crackers, bread sticks, or rye wafers
