Ingredients
  Low calorie plain yogurt 4 Ounce
  Onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Horseradish 1 Dash
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Combine all ingredients.
Chill thoroughly.
