Ingredients
  Low fat cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Reduced fat mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salad dressing mix 2 Teaspoon
  Canned white tuna in water 3 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)
  Sliced green onion/Chopped celery 2 Tablespoon
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Peeled baby carrots 12 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

Combine cottage cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salad dressing mix in food processor or blender.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Stir in tuna, green onion and parsley.
