Easy Artichoke Dip
|Canned artichoke hearts||14 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Assorted vegetable dippers||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1 Drain artichokes thoroughly, pressing to remove excess liquid. In a medium mixing bowl mash artichokes; stir in mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and garlic. Cover and refrigerate several hours. If desired, sprinkle with paprika.
