Spicy Cheddar Beer Dip

Ingredients
  Extra sharp cheddar cheese 10 Ounce, shredded (1 Package)
  Beer 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Unsalted crackers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetables 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Cucumber Slices, Carrot And Celery Sticks, Radishes)
Directions

1. In blender at medium speed or in food processor with knife blade attached, blend first 7 ingredients until smooth. If not serving right away, cover and refrigerate.
2. To serve, bring spread to room temperature to soften slightly. Serve with crackers and vegetables.
