Spicy Cheddar Beer Dip
|Extra sharp cheddar cheese||10 Ounce, shredded (1 Package)|
|Beer||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Caraway seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground red pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Unsalted crackers||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetables||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Cucumber Slices, Carrot And Celery Sticks, Radishes)|
1. In blender at medium speed or in food processor with knife blade attached, blend first 7 ingredients until smooth. If not serving right away, cover and refrigerate.
2. To serve, bring spread to room temperature to soften slightly. Serve with crackers and vegetables.
