Garden Patch Dip

Ingredients
  Non-fat sour cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped green bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped fresh parsley/Dill 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
Transfer the dip to a serving dish, cover, and chill for several hours.
