Deviled Crab Dip
|Non fat sour cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Spicy brown mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Cooked crab meat||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely chopped scallions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Paprika||To Taste (For Garnish)|
1. Combine the sour cream and mustard in a medium-sized bowl. Fold in the crab meat and scallions. Transfer the dip to a serving dish, cover, and chill for several hours.
2. Just before serving, sprinkle the dip with paprika.
