|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce, thawed and squeezed dry (1 Package)|
|Non fat sour cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Nonfat / Reduced Fat)|
|Canned water chestnuts||8 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)|
|Thinly sliced scallions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry vegetable soup mix||1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
Combine the ingredients in a large bowl.
Transfer the dip to a serving dish, cover, and chill for several hours.
