Black-Eyed Pea Habanero Dip may sound plain but it does have a great taste associated with it. This Black-Eyed Pea Habanero Dip was handed over generations and my mom recommends it too. Try it!
|Black-eyed peas||1 Ounce, cooked and drained (1 Package, 330 Gram)|
|Rehydrated dried tomatoes||80 Milliliter, chopped (1/3 Cup)|
|Bell pepper||80 Milliliter, chopped (Red Or Green, 1/3 Cup)|
|Red onion||60 Milliliter, minced (1/4 Cup)|
|Elephant garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and chopped|
|Fresh cilantro leaves||30 Milliliter, minced (2 Tablespoon)|
|Dried habanero chile||1 , reconstituted and seeded|
|Finely chopped fresh cilantro||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped tomato/Red onion||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
In blender container or food processor bowl, place all ingredients.
Cover and process until smooth.
Garnish as desired.
