Minted Veggie Dip

I love this Minted Veggie Dip recipe. This Minted Veggie Dip might sound a bit creamy but it tastes awesome. You should make it!
Ingredients
  Plain non-fat yogurt 295 Milliliter (1 1/4 Cup)
  Light sour cream 180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Cucumber 1 , peeled, seeded and chopped
  Fresh mint 15 Milliliter, chopped (1 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Raw vegetables 8 Cup (128 tbs), cut into sticks or florets (1.9 Liters Assorted Jicama Or Yam bean, Celery, Broccoli, Carrots, Etc.)
Directions

Put all ingredients into food processor or blender and process until very well combined.
Chill.
