Minted Veggie Dip

I love this Minted Veggie Dip recipe. This Minted Veggie Dip might sound a bit creamy but it tastes awesome. You should make it!
|Plain non-fat yogurt||295 Milliliter (1 1/4 Cup)|
|Light sour cream||180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), minced|
|Cucumber||1 , peeled, seeded and chopped|
|Fresh mint||15 Milliliter, chopped (1 Tablespoon)|
|Raw vegetables||8 Cup (128 tbs), cut into sticks or florets (1.9 Liters Assorted Jicama Or Yam bean, Celery, Broccoli, Carrots, Etc.)|
Put all ingredients into food processor or blender and process until very well combined.
