Garlic Spinach Dip

Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Garlic 10 Clove (50 gm)
  Elephant garlic/2 tablespoons bottled minced garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Skim milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash (Bottled)
  Neufchatel cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Chopped tomato 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), or shredded
  Monterey jack cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a saucepan cook frozen spinach according to package directions, then drain well.
Place garlic in a blender container or food processor bowl.
Cover and blend or process for 5 to 10 seconds or till minced.
Add the cooked spinach, milk, salt, and hot pepper sauce.
Cover and blend or process till well combined.
Add Neufchatel cheese; cover and blend or process till smooth.
Transfer spinach mixture to the saucepan.
Cook and stir over medium low heat for 4 to 5 minutes or till mixture is heated through.
