The Shrimp Dip is easy to prepare and wonderfully delicious. My husband loves this dip and often asks me to make more than what is necessary just so that he can serve himself a few generous portions of this Shrimp Dip! Try this yummy dip for yourself!
|Mushrooms||1⁄4 Pound, sliced|
|Cottage cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Sea salt||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Shrimp||1⁄3 Pound, cooked and minced|
|Yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Saute mushrooms in butter.
Add cottage cheese, oil, lemon juice, garlic salt, salt, and tamari; stir, then add shrimp.
Simmer until hot.
Remove from heat and stir in yogurt.
