This Beer Cheese Dip is one of the interesting dips that I've ever tasted. An incredible beer cheese combo, it€™s a sauce that proves that the human mind is the only limiting factor for outstanding creativity ! Try this Beer Cheese Dip and let me know if you like it !
Ingredients
  Shredded cheddar cheese 8 Ounce (2 Cups)
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Beer 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable dippers 8 Ounce
Directions

In small mixer bowl combine cheese, horseradish, mustard, and pepper.
In saucepan heat beer and butter or margarine just till butter melts and beer boils.
Add to cheese mixture.
Beat with electric mixer 4 to 5 minutes or till nearly smooth.
Cool in freezer for 5 to 10 minutes.
