Fish Roe Dip
|Tarama||2 2⁄3 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|White bread slices||4 , trimmed|
|Onion||1 Small, finely grated|
|Olive oil||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Mash tarama and add grated onion.
Add a little of the olive oil and beat thoroughly to a smooth paste.
Moisten bread and squeeze out excess water.
Continue beating tarama mixture, adding alternately small bits of moistened bread, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Taramasalata should be beaten until cream colored.
