Chicken Bites With Mango Dip
|Boneless chicken||300 Gram, cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Ground cardamom||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cumin powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Red chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Mango chutney||5 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1 Tablespoon|
Place chhoti elaichi, jeera, chilli powder and ginger in a bowl and mix to combine.
Add chicken and toss to coat with spice mixture.
Cover and set aside to marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
Add salt to chicken.
Heat 4 tbsp oil in a frying pan and cook chicken, stirring, over a medium heat for 5 minutes or until cooked.
Remove from pan and drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
To make sauce, place chutney, cream and curry powder in a food processor or blender and process to combine.
