Winter Fruit Tray With Citrus Dip

Ingredients
  Fresh pineapple 1 Medium (Dole)
  Fresh orange 1 Medium, peeled, sliced (Dole)
  Apple 1 , cored, thinly sliced (Dole)
  Kiwifruit 1 , peeled, sliced (Dole)
  Plain non fat yogurt 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Light non dairy whipped topping 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed
  Powdered sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated orange peel 1 Teaspoon
  Grated lime peel 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Twist crown from pineapple.
Cut pineapple in half lengthwise.
Refrigerate half for another use, such as fruit salad.
Cut fruit from shell with knife.
Trim off core and cut fruit into bite-size chunks or wedges.
Arrange pineapple chunks, orange slices, apple slices and kiwi slices on platter.
Serve with Citrus Dip.
Garnish as desired.
For Citrus Dip, combine all ingredients.
Spoon into serving bowl.
Place on platter with fruit
