Country Herb Dip

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Teaspoon (Knox)
  Cold skim milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Skim milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), heated to boiling
  1% milk fat cottage cheese 8 Ounce (1 Container)
  Dijon style mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh dill 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In blender, sprinkle unflavored gelatine over cold milk; let stand 2 minutes.
Add hot milk and process at low speed until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and process at high speed until blended.
Pour into serving bowl; chill until set, about 2 hours.
