Artichoke Dip Make Over
|Reduced calorie mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded reduced fat swiss cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Canned artichoke hearts||1 Can (10 oz), drained, chopped (In Water)|
Heat oven to 350°F.
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Spread in ungreased 9 inch quiche or pie pan or 1 quart shallow casserole.
Bake at 350°F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
If desired, garnish with carrot curls and celery leaves or sprigs of fresh rosemary.
