Easy Bean Dip
|Condensed bean with bacon soup||5 3⁄4 Ounce (Half 11 1/2 Ounce Can)|
|Processed cheese spread with bacon||2 1⁄2 Ounce (Half 5 Ounce Jar)|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Instant minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Hot pepper sauce||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. In a deep 1-quart casserole with lid, combine soup, cheese, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, onion and hot-pepper sauce. Cover and microwave at 100% (high)2-1/2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts; stir every 1 minute.
2. Stir 1/2 cup bean mixture into sour cream. Stir sour-cream mixture into bean mixture in casserole. Cover and microwave at 30% ( medium low ) 1 minute or until heated through; stir after 30 seconds.
