Mock Green Goddess Dressing Or Dip

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Spring onions 2 , cut in one inch pieces
  Tarragon vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), halved
  Watercress leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Add ingredients to blender container in order given.
Cover and run on high speed until onions are finely chopped and dressing is smooth in texture.
Pour into a small serving dish.
Cover and refrigerate to allow flavors to blend.
