Hot Cheese Dip With Fruit
|Canned evaporated milk||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Shredded sharp american cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Bottled hot pepper sauce||1 Dash|
|Chopped pimiento||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Apples/Pears||8 , cut into wedges (Firm Ones)|
Combine milk, cheese, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce in bowl.
MICROWAVE 6 MINUTES on 6 or until cheese melts.
Stir once half way through, and again when removed from oven.
Stir in pimiento and serve hot, as a dip for apple or pear wedges.
Can be reheated.
For ovens without variable heat control, MICROWAVE on DEFROST and allow to stand 20 seconds after the first stirring.
