Smoked Fish Dip is simply a delicious side dish. Try this amazingly tempting Smoked Fish Dip recipe; I am sure you will get a lot of compliments for this.
|Smoked mackerel/Other fish||3⁄4 Pound|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Half and half/Light cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Remove any skin or bones from fish.
Chop fish fine to make about 1 1/2 cups.
Combine fish with cream cheese, half and half, lemon juice and garlic salt in a medium mixing bowl; mix well.
Chill and serve with crackers or chips.
