Horseradish Cream Cheese Dip
|Cream cheese||6 Ounce (2 Packages Of 3 Ounce)|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Approximately)|
|Freshly grated horseradish||4 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Tabasco sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
1. Mash the cheese and gradually blend in the sour cream. Add the horseradish and seasonings to taste and beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.
2. Chill and sprinkle with parsley.
