Cucumber Dip

This lovely cucumber dip is a veggie dip made with a yogurt base. Spiced with cinnamon and gourmet spices, the cucumber dip has a dash of apple juice concentrate to taste and is best served fresh.
Ingredients
  Cucumber 1
  Low fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Apple juice concentrate 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Scrub cucumber. Grate unpeeled cucumber and drain until almost dry.
2. Combine with other ingredients.
