Ingredients
  Artichoke bottoms 1 Can (10 oz), drained (Artichoke Bottoms In Water)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Monterey jack cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green chilies 4 1⁄2 Ounce
Directions

Mix in food processor.
Place in baking dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
