|Artichoke bottoms||1 Can (10 oz), drained (Artichoke Bottoms In Water)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Monterey jack cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green chilies||4 1⁄2 Ounce|
Mix in food processor.
Place in baking dish and bake at 350Â° for 30 minutes.
