This recipe is so great for any special occasion. The caramelized onions add a sweet and delicious flavor to the goat cheese.
Butter | 2 Teaspoon | |
Onion | 2 , thinly sliced | |
Sour cream | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Goat cheese | 6 Ounce , softened | |
Cooked bacon slices | 3 , crumbled | |
Salt and pepper | To Taste |
MAKING
Place a pan on medium heat and add in the butter and onion. Cook for 20 minutes, until caramelized, stirring frequently.
Take off the pan from the stove and let it cool completely.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together sour cream and goat cheese.
Add in the onion, bacon and salt and pepper. Stir well.
SERVING
Serve the dip with crackers and your favorite veggies.
