Dill Veal Roast

Ingredients
  Boneless veal roast 3 Pound
  Hot water 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Carrot 1 , chopped
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 2 , crushed
Directions

Place veal roast in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover areas of meat that are not completely immersed in water with small pieces of aluminum foil.
Cover and microwave on DEFROST for 2 hours to 2 hours 30 minutes [SIMMER-4, 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours].
If Turn meat over during cooking.
