Dill Perch

Ingredients
  Perch fillets 2 Pound, cut into serving pieces
  Onions 4 Medium, sliced into rings
  Celery stalk 1 , chopped
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dill pickles 2 , chopped
  Horseradish 4 Teaspoon
  Parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh chopped dill 1 Tablespoon (for garnish)
Directions

Put perch, onions, celery, salt, and water in cooker.
Close cover and set pressure con trol in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 3 minutes.
Allow cooker to cool nor mally.
Return open cooker to a low flame.
Add sour cream, pickles, horseradish, and parsley flakes.
Stir until well-blended and hot.
Garnish perch with dillweed, and serve
