|Perch fillets||2 Pound, cut into serving pieces|
|Onions||4 Medium, sliced into rings|
|Celery stalk||1 , chopped|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dill pickles||2 , chopped|
|Parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Fresh chopped dill||1 Tablespoon (for garnish)|
Put perch, onions, celery, salt, and water in cooker.
Close cover and set pressure con trol in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 3 minutes.
Allow cooker to cool nor mally.
Return open cooker to a low flame.
Add sour cream, pickles, horseradish, and parsley flakes.
Stir until well-blended and hot.
Garnish perch with dillweed, and serve
