Dill Fish

Dilled fish is a super easy and simple recipe for preparing fish in a microwave. Coated with melted butter or margerine, and seasoned with salt and pepper along with dill weed, the dilled fish is ready to serve under 10 minutes and can be served with lemon slices.
Ingredients
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Fish fillets 1⁄2 Pound
  Dill weed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Lemon slices 2
Directions

Microwave margarine uncovered in square bak ing dish, 8x8x2 inches, until melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Place fillets in dish, turning to coat with margarine.
Sprinkle with dill weed, salt and pepper.
Cover tiqntly and microwave until fish flakes easily with fork 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
Garnish with lemon slices
