Dilled Cucumber On Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Cucumber 1 Large
  Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Minced dill weed/1/2 teaspoon dried whole dill weed 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Bibb lettuce 1
  Tomatoes 3 Medium
Directions

Place cucumber in a shallow bowl, and set aside.
Combine next 6 ingredients, and mix well with a wire whisk; pour over cucumbers, tossing gently.
Cover and chill at least 6 hours.
Arrange lettuce on a serving platter; top with tomato slices.
Spoon cucumber mixture over tomatoes.
