Dilled Fish Rolls
|Drained sweet pickle relish||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Dried dill weed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Frozen fish portions||16 Ounce|
|Shredded lettuce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well, and set aside.
Cook fish portions according to package directions.
Place one fish portion on bottom half of each roll.
Top with tomato slices, lettuce, and a heaping tablespoonful of mayonnaise mixture.
Cover with roll tops, and serve immediately
