  Lemon juice 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sea salt 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Tablespoon
  Onion powder 1 Tablespoon
  Dry dill 2 Tablespoon
  Basil 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth. (Add more water if needed.)
Pour in a bowl.
