Dill Zucchini Spear

Ingredients
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canola oil 3 Tablespoon
  Dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Zucchini 3 Small, cut into long spears
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix together vinegar, garlic and mustard in a bowl.
2) Gently pour in the oil, whisking well to combine.
3) Next, add in the dill. Whisk once more.
4) In a shallow serving dish, arrange the zucchini and pour the dressing evenly over it.
5) Cover the dish and allow to chill for a mimimum of 3 hours.

SERVING
6) Serve the Dill Zucchini Spears chilled as a side dish or appetizer.
