Dill Marinade

Ingredients
  Fresh dill 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely minced
  Unflavored low fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Low sodium soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a small bowl, put in all the ingredients and combine well.

SERVING
2.Marinate any firm fish with the marinade.
