Lemon Dill Sauce

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Light cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Fish poaching liquid 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients, except poaching liquid and butter in 4-cup glass measure; beat with rotary beater until smooth.
2. Beat in reserved poaching liquid and add butter or margarine. Microwave about 5 minutes on med.high (Roast), or until mixture thickens (about 175°F). Beat lightly. Serve over fish.
