Dilled Brussels Sprouts
|Frozen brussels sprouts||20 Ounce (2 Package, 10 Ounce Each)|
|Minced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Commercial sour cream||8 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dill weed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hot sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Remove brussels sprouts from package and place in a 2-quart casserole.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at HIGH 10 to 12 minutes.
Place bacon in a flat glass dish.
Cover with a paper towel.
Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes.
Cool and crumble.
Place the onion in dish with bacon drippings.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at HIGH 2 minutes.
Add sour cream, milk, bacon, salt, dillweed, and hot sauce.
Pour over brussels sprouts.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Microwave at MEDIUM 4 to 5 minutes or until thick and hot.
