Perch With Parsley And Dill

Ingredients
  Dressed perch 8 Medium
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Finely snipped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh dill/1 teaspoon dill seed 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Season fish with salt and pepper.
2. Sprinkle 1/4 cup parsley over bottom of a buttered 1 1/2-quart glass baking dish. Arrange fish in dish and top fish with remaining parsley and dill. Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven 4 to 6 minutes at HIGH, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
3. Transfer fish to serving platter and garnish with sprigs of parsley and dill and lemon wedges.
