Dill Fresh Squash
|Yellow squash||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sliced|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Margarine||1 Teaspoon, melted|
|Dill weed||1⁄8 Teaspoon (dried)|
Arrange squash in a vegetable steamer over boiling water.
Cover and steam 2 to 3 minutes or until squash is crisp-tender.
Transfer squash to a serving bowl, and keep warm.
Combine lemon juice and next 4 ingredients; pour lemon juice mixture over squash, and toss gently.
